Cancellation Policy

Although this being a service which can not be returned back, We respect your satisfication! We shall cancel your order if a request is made within 2 hours of placing the order by routing your emails from your registered email id (that was used at time of registration to this portal) to onlineclass@mtechpno.com.
Due to current pandemic, there might be delay on response/Acknowledge to your email, however rest assures, each email is taken seriously and would be honored.

Privacy Policy

We only store your personal details that are provided at time of registration. When a user is logged into our portal, we store your profile information that corespond to our infrastrucutre and services. We also track your watch hours and interest that you show within the portal for our AI based recomendation to provide better suggestions. At no point of time, we never use/store/track any personal or unrelated information outside the scope of the portal.

Refund Policy

All course/products come with a trial period of 2 days and Within the 3 days of delivery, you can refund the product in case you do not like it. A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to onlineclass@mtechpno.com within 2 days from delivery. For the return of product(s) damaged at the time of delivery, the shipping charges shall be borne by the Company. However, for return any of the product(s) for any other reasons, it shall be the responsibility of the User to arrange for the return of such cancelled product(s) and the shipping charges shall be borne by such User. We request you not to accept any product package that seems to be tampered with, opened or damaged at the time of delivery. The products must be returned in the same condition as delivered by the Company. Any products returned showing signs of any use or damage in any manner shall not be accepted for return. No Refund will be provided after 5 days from delivery. The product should be returned along with the original invoices. Refunds shall be made to bank account within 10 working days of receipt of products.

We use AZYPAY Payments Solutions Pvt Ltd as our payment partner for fee collection, issuing refunds and provide discounts. By using this service, you also agree to comply within the Third party Terms & conditions available on their official website - azypay.com
